North Durham Labour MP Kevin Wilson says the goverment should be held to account for this. Well it was 2007 so that will be Gordon browns Labour goverment

After the Post Office statutory corporation was changed to a public company, Royal Mail Group, in 2001, Post Office Counters Ltd became Post Office Ltd.
Therefore the board of directors, both executive and non executive should be held to account for this injustice. The judges should have smelled a rat given the number of contested cases and if they weren't appraised of that then the lawyers for defences should be fucked for neglect or incompetence.
