Boris: "Sir Beer Kormah" And you could see in the faces behind him all thinking "FFS!" Given all that's gone on, people saying their goodbyes behind panes of glass, watching funerals on zoom and there's the law breaking PM acting like a junior School bully, which is essentially what he is! Tories will hold on to power for as long as they can, but there's no way Boris will still be there or even there abouts for the next General Election. He whined that he didn't realise he had broken the law, firstly, ignorance is no defence of breaking the law, secondly, he's the Prime Minister of the fecking Government that passed that law! He will go when he wants to, and not before. "Back Boris" was trending on twitter yesterday. The silent majority back him

Should have followed the Stoke On Trent route years ago.
Merge the Unitary Authorities into a larger Metropolitan.
I would agree, but the river flowing through the middle of it and the historic Durham/Yorkshire boundary means people don't see themselves as being part of a single area. Plus the demographics are very different - Hartlepool has little in common with Yarm for example. Saltburn people probably wouldn't want to be part of an area with, say, Billingham.

I think this comment will hit home for a lot of people "you can’t turn on the news any more without seeing some hideously fat woman sitting in front of a 65in TV moaning she can’t afford to heat up a tin of baked beans.
What doesn’t add up is the torrent of stories about people having to choose between heating and eating, alongside yesterday’s report from the Cancer Research UK charity claiming that there will be 42million overweight or obese adults in Britain by 2040.
How do you get morbidly obese if you can’t afford to eat?"I had the misfortune of hearing an LBC phone in the other day, and some bloke was on about how he can't afford to eat and is skipping meals.......then later in the call he moaned about the price of fags Lefty presenter didn't pick him up on it of course.

My heavily pregnant wife surprised me this morning. After mentioning a few gentle contractions she had during the night she said "working class people are racist", said anyone earning more than 40k a year should be heavily taxed and then struggled when I asked her what a woman was.
Looks like she's finally going into Labour.

Considering everything that’s gone on over the last 12 months, labour have done nothing like as well as expected/predicted. Yes, they have won councils in London, but that place has been moving steadily left for years.
Where the tories have lost seats, a lot have gone to the Lib Dems or greens - in other words protest votes. I think when it comes to the next GE, a lot of those will come back onside.
Yes, Boris has had a battering, but the Corbynites will be getting the knives out for Starmer now.

Housing crisis particularly for generation Z who now are less likely to own a property or pay 50% of the wage after tax on rents and statistically less likely to have kids
I did say etc - the other issues Corbyn talked about was the NHS and social care as well as wages
It was in part linked to my other comment that I don’t know why some left wing media gets labelled as such when as soon as a socialist leader is elected they seem to push against it and as I said panic
The thing is, you can buy a terraced house on Teesside for 50k. When people say they can't afford a home, what they really mean is, they can't afford the home they want, in the location they want. Getting back on Topic, Talk Tv launches on Monday with Piers Moron doing a 1 hour interview with Trump. Said to be quite explosive

Most people just want to live uncomplicated lives in a free country with a sound economy. You get sick and it's taken care of, but most other things you have to look out for yourselves and this is what labour has you believe that it's not your fault you are useless and made a mess of your life, but the 'Tory Scum' This is an ideal country to learn, live and work without too much red tape. Besides all the bleating of the left, that isnt going to change, as the huge loss of traditional labour seats proved. Whatever labour say on the EU and illegal immigration, the people (mostly) wanted Brexit and the people want an end to the dinghy crisis. It's that simple, labour need to move to the centre and dump idiots like Corbyn and Raynor

Fact is, asylum seekers on the bones of their arses are paying thousands to people traffickers and gangs. These arent just dinghy people, they are lorry loads of dead vietnamese. That's the uncomfortable true that the "bleeding hearts" dont like to discuss. This "offshoring" illegal migrants is to break the criminal cycle, because the fucking French cant.
As far as the French go, i don';t really blame them. They can't stop them coming in as they have open borders due to the EU, and why would they want to stop them leaving France and coming to the UK? They don't want them, and the migrants don't want to be there. They will be glad to see the back of them.

My role in the message board world Headset is to call out shithouses for their absolute cowardice. I'm a big believer in facing your fears, maybe yourself and kitchen should face those fears? People would respect you a bit more and you wouldn't have to live like a rat anymore hiding anonymously in the shadows covered in your own shit If you're concerned about people "hiding in the shadows" why did you not set up an account using the same name you have on Red Bore?

O'Brien is perfect for LBC and it's listenership.
Bigoted, childish and petulant.
LBC used to be balanced. You had tools like him and Sheila "Fatty" Fogarty, but it was balanced out by the likes of Farage and Iain Dale. Now it's full of wokists. On top of that they seem to think that BBC cast offs will boost their listening figures, and have recruited Andrew Marr, Emily Maitliss and Jon Sopel. Nobody wanted to hear them on the BBC, why would they want to hear them on LBC?
