Not this time, but it remains my belief that encouraging the use of scooters and mini-motos is the best way to keep chav numbers under control. Repeal of the helmet laws would help too.

Have to admit it looks a bit dubious - the way they fly out doesn't seem real but can't see any reason why it wouldn't work. A scooter would have enough power to do the spinning. Doubt it would go very fast to hurt anyone anyway and the the way they fly out not looking real is probably more to do with crap camerawork.

So to give a true engineering answer: it's possible but with many doubts.

Part and parcel of engineering mate. It's taught in Arse Covering 101...

And with most customers there comes a point where you cease to be engineer and become a lawyer
