Dear James.

Do you think I'll ever beat you or your Dad in the Fantasy Football Game? Maybe only for one gameweek?

Micky

The smart party going gentleman (I assume we're talking about mens clothing here) will be wearing a dark shirt (navy or black) with a lighter coloured, high-buttoning cardigan. Pinstripe trousers are big this winter, and the vertical lines are flattering for taller men. Classic black or brown lace-up shoes should be worn. While journeying to the party, wear a dark grey or black overcoat. And, if you're feeling daring, why not wear a bright, contrasting scarf (light blue, yellow or pink are popular at the moment) to add an exciting flourish to the outfit?

I hope that helps

Hello Lorem Cum Ipsum

If the recent, unprecedented and unchallenged success of Teesside Urban Legends has taught us anything, it's that everything published on this site, messageboard and FansOnline is the intellectual property of Waking Lion.

I trust that shines some light on the murky matter

James,

Forget the legalities for a moment. Do you reckon that if anyone is going to publish a book based on Wakling Lion intellectual property, they should at least have the decency and good manners to run it by the company first?

Cheers,

Steve

If we are to forget the legalities, I believe that were someone to base a book on intellectual property belonging to Waking Lion, then yes, it would be decent and good manners to run it by the company. However, I should point out, that it is very difficult to ignore the legalities in a dispute over intellectual property rights.

Intellectual property is a legal field that refers to creations of the mind such as musical, literary, and artistic works; inventions; and symbols, names, images, and designs used in commerce, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and related rights. Under intellectual property law, the holder of one of these abstract properties has certain exclusive rights to the creative work, commercial symbol, or invention by which it is covered.

According to Giants coach Tom Coughlin, Jacobs has made “very good progress” since last week and he has practised with the rest of the team. I think the Giants are keen to secure homefield advantage and will play Jacobs.

Best wishes

Dear Rex

In these times of financial uncertainty, I would recommend buying your wife one of the works from Gordon Dalton's impressive portfolio. They are almost guaranteed to increase in value by 200-300% over the next 24 months.

Wishing you a very happy Christmas

Dear MissBliss

It is because female researchers are grossly under-rewarded for the enormous amounts of work and effort that they put in each and every day.

I have to move  in the near future, and I need a new bed for my new flat.

So which of the two items should I take?

Thanks and regards,

the first "bed" is indeed a sofa, but you can turn it into a bed.

So...still the second bed?

Depends on the intensity of your rattling. Sofa beds are unstable under a jolly good rodgering session, and can lead to wheelchair confinement.

Unless all you require is a damaged spine, you'll find sofa beds to be quite useless.

Next door's dog is howling. It probably always has done but I now work from home so I notice it a lot more.

What method of dog murder would you advocate? I'm tempted to go with a chunk of meat laced with mole poison over the yard wall but I am open to suggestions.
