2018 we went on a Caribbean cruise, the ship was brand new MSC Seaside an Italian cruise liner, we embarked in Miami so unsurprisingly it was full of yanks. The drink selection was the best I’ve ever seen, brand lagers and beers by the bottle, surprisingly the draught beer was Newcastle Brown Ale. I was sat at a bar on deck one afternoon and a couple joined me, they both ordered Newcy, we got talking and the were from Las Angela’s, I asked if they were drinking it because it was new to them and a bit of a novelty. They said no, they loved it and drank it all the time “downtown”. They said it was massively popular with the younger generation out there.
There was me drinking peroni😁 to be fair I wasn’t enjoying any of the drink and didn’t know why, just felt like shit. I had my fucking heart attack 6 days later
