There will be more to this. I know for a fact this crime does always end with custodial sentence.

I have a working knowledge of these crimes and for the life of me i cannot fathom out the sentencing, even to the point of not being able to think of any "reasons" why he is not at least locked up.

Its this stuff that makes me so down about my "job" at the min.
