Where would you go. Not endless money, so no pipe(fitterís)dreams

I like Italy but it gets bloody hot, and I miss English grub. Heat gets really relentless

Maybe Scotland, if thatís not cheating.

Would have be somewhere were english was the first language

Id probably go for vancouver or somewhere in that region or somewhere in the states but itd have to be on the coast.

Moving to Australia is too much like moving to ingleby barwick, full of daft cunts who never shut about the place amd think theyve made it in life and the houses look the same n all.

Some good suggestions here though, bavaria would be good and theynprobably soeak better english than most middlesbrough people to he fair

Good thread Bob  :like:

For me at present, Lanzarote. Perfect weather most of the year, between 20-30 degree. Easy access between there and the UK if needed , same time line, all UK comforts food beer etc.

I'm booked to go there for a month in January, only place to be in the winter

1= South of France - amazing weather, coast, scenery and food....might have to ignore the locals/tourists mind
1= Northern Italy - best food and wine in the world, Italians moan with style. Politics iffy. Beautiful scenery
1=Copenhagen - the most civilised country I have been to. Great beer. Bike lanes and beautiful women everywhere and Copenhagen full of champagne socialists

Any of the above would do

Wind doesn't bother me at all and wasn't too bad last time I was there. Keeps it fresh and cool when it gets too hot.

No-one has mentioned Thailand. Lidds only said as far away from me as possible, which suggests a lack of understanding of the internet.

Brittany was a good call. Some great sailing villages. Heat generates a cafe society, which is always cool as fuck.

Middle East conspicuous bY itís absence
