1  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Are se expecting a productive transfer window? on: Today at 05:41:21 PM
We certainly need one.Somehow I think it will be a damp squib.I doubt if we can offload Braiithwaite or Assabalonga,or bring in the pace and creativity we need. However you never know and the club for once might bring off some really good signings.
2  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: May on her way and Boris our saviour on: Yesterday at 02:26:52 PM
I think she will win the vote by at least 80. Hopefully her deal will be eventually binned and then it's No Deal !!!
3  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: And on it goes. on: December 11, 2018, 06:38:38 PM
The Irish Backstop was cooked up between the Irish "Teapot" and Barnier. Its so obvious a trap it is laughable.According to the Leo the Teapot The Republic will never put up a hard border, neither will the EU,or Uk Government.Am I missing something here?If ALL three parties say it will never happen why then do we need the backstop? Answer it panders to Leo the Teapot so he can counter the rise of Sein Fein ,and it's particularly good for the EU because it gives them immense potential for blackmailing the UK. What sort of Government would sign such an agreement which only the other side can let you out of?

Well it looks like there are not enough Tory MPs with the balls to put their letters in.Then there is Steptoe Corbyn on his front bench with most of his MPs hating his guts. The upshot of all this is that the Tories rip themselves apart over Brexit, and Labour Leave constituencies will vote en mass in a GE for the new Farage Party. The next House of Commons will be rather a different place methinks.
5  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: And on it goes. on: December 10, 2018, 07:57:08 PM
TM is the new TP as she defends in depth, runs the clock down and then gets the winner in time added on.
6  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: And on it goes. on: December 10, 2018, 07:43:27 PM
Robbso I agree with you. That must be a first.I hope May just keeps playing for time and time runs out,and we exit with a no deal.
7  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Just clinging on to a playoff place. on: December 09, 2018, 06:11:01 PM
Can't you read.Im agreeing with Plazmuth.
8  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Just clinging on to a playoff place. on: December 09, 2018, 04:38:43 PM
I find myself in agreement with you  Plaz  better to see attacking flowing football and goals in a lower league than the constant drubbings we would get in the Prem.
9  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Wheels well and truly coming off. on: December 08, 2018, 06:17:40 PM
Wheel stuck back on with sticking plaster but still looking shaky.
10  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Wheels well and truly coming off. on: December 08, 2018, 05:47:48 PM
Scores one but just missed a couple of sitters.
11  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: ALL EYES ARE ON PARIS !!! on: December 08, 2018, 05:40:59 PM
Let's have the Gillets Jeaune Storm the Riverside.
12  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Wheels well and truly coming off. on: December 08, 2018, 05:28:07 PM
Well I never! Britt scores.Could we just sneak it?
13  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Wheels well and truly coming off. on: December 08, 2018, 05:00:25 PM
Hmmm.
14  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Just clinging on to a playoff place. on: December 08, 2018, 05:00:00 PM
The common thread in all of this is how uninspiring Boro have been season after season. They are as dull as ditchwater.I think it reflects the inept and insipid leadership of our Owner.
15  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Wheels well and truly coming off. on: December 08, 2018, 04:57:44 PM
Nothing to be excited about. Are any of you surprised? A team full of half paced donkeys is never going to be promoted.
16  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Wheels well and truly coming off. on: December 08, 2018, 04:44:16 PM
Good point Tunstall. It's been a bit wobbly all season but somehow Pulis was keeping it on.
17  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Just clinging on to a playoff place. on: December 08, 2018, 04:41:14 PM
I expect Sheff Utd to get something at Reading so we will slip further.
18  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: BESIC SENT OFF on: December 08, 2018, 04:39:35 PM
Watched Besic last week and He looked pretty ordinary to me.In fact so did the whole team.
19  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Wheels well and truly coming off. on: December 08, 2018, 04:27:45 PM
It was obvious last week that the team cannot cope with out and out attacking teams. The slow slide down the table has begun. :tp2:
20  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: The football is dire on: December 08, 2018, 02:41:31 PM
I have no confidence in the club bringing in some real quality in January. There will be the usual token signings and the same pattern of play will continue.Could reach the playoffs but I doubt it.
21  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Team for tomorrow on: December 07, 2018, 06:59:17 PM
Clapton has a job to do and he does it well. The rest of the midfield and forward players are just very ordinary.
22  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 07, 2018, 06:57:27 PM
My apologies Coulby. It was Robbso my reply was aimed at.
23  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 07, 2018, 05:59:48 PM
I was also at the Wembley final v Leicester in the League Cup,the Wembley final v Chelsea in the FA Cup,and the League Cup final at the millennium Stadium. Also the Semi Final at Old Trafford v Chesterfield.Whether you believe me or not Coulby is neither here or there.Might as well through in the second leg semi against Stockport at the Riverside.I could go on but that's enough for now.
24  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 07, 2018, 05:34:55 PM
I seem to remember as I was there, that we didn't cover ourselves in glory in Eindhoven.

If it lacks impact Quntzy why do you always have to respond to everything I post? You seem to be under some compulsion to do so.I seem to have made a really big impact on you more than anyone else on this Board.Go figure.
27  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 08:48:45 PM
Finished playing with your stamp collection for the evening have we Quntzy?
28  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 07:02:00 PM
We are grateful for the contribution he has made.Ofcourse we are,but he is failing ,and has been since Eindhoven.Every successful organisation has to be capable of change, and Gibson is not the man to push Boro forward.Eventually he will go.Personally I hope it's sooner rather then later.
29  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 06:35:23 PM
Less gullible? Are you suggesting that there are some people on here less intelligent than you?
30  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 05:49:27 PM
Look at the stats.Defeats aren't necessarily the problem. We draw too many games. Our inability to score goals ( or enough goals) means we just won't get enough wins.In case you have forgotten you get three points for a win.
31  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 05:39:58 PM
Robbso, it could be four defeats come 5 pm on Saturday. The slow descent down the table has begun I'm afraid.Credit to Pulis,he has worked wonders with a very limited group of players. However, our game is based around not conceding goals.Unfortunately this league is very competitive and teams have now found us out.Given Boro's woeful transfer dealings I expect a couple of cheap non entities being brought in. I doubt we will make the playoffs.
32  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 05:27:44 PM
Quntzy you are so droll.
33  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 05:26:45 PM
This season has nowt to do with it.Gibson WILL eventually step down.It is therefore a sensible question to ask.Sill I suppose some of the ostriches on here will never want to confront reality.
34  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 04:27:11 PM
In that case he must have obtained  the elixir of life.
35  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 03:40:03 PM
You may well be right Clem.Has Gibson got a mansion in California?
36  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 03:26:15 PM
A dynasty in the making. We all know what eventually happens to dynastic ambition.
37  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 01:22:49 PM
Can't see him hanging around until he is 70. He seems more preoccupied with his vanity projects like his new " home" in Kirby Moorside. I suspect Rockcliffe is losing money,so at some point he will want a better return.I think he could get an offer somewhere between 30 to 40 million from some billionaire.
38  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / When do you think Gibson will step down? on: December 06, 2018, 01:01:29 PM
I think within the next two years.
39  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Blackburn on: December 05, 2018, 10:26:35 PM
They will attack us right from the kickoff. We will then play defence against attack in the hope that Blackburn run out of steam. We will hope to nick a goal from a set piece.
40  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Houchen Pulls It Off! on: December 05, 2018, 10:09:59 PM
I thought my comments would tear Quntzy away from his stamp collection.

IT will be sold off for building sub standard shoe box housing.

Ural were you born a foul mouthed dullard, or did you just develop the traits as a result of a disturbed childhood?
43  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Boro Interested in Ex Chelsea star on: December 04, 2018, 05:26:03 PM
FAO Quntzy.   E tu resti sempre il solito ottuso.

I think Jake was being rather charitable. They looked like a team of donkeys playing against thoroughbreds.

47  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Ural Quntz on: December 03, 2018, 04:16:39 PM
Sorry to use the hoof word.Perhaps welly is more appropriate.
48  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Ural Quntz on: December 03, 2018, 04:08:19 PM
We never laid a glove on Villa.Villa's defence, which usually is pretty shaky never looked in trouble, apart from Hugill hitting the crossbar. The only answer we had was to hoof a ball up to Hugill, for him to hold up.He played his role very well but he had NO support. The gulf in class was absolutely apparent.I just love the way Quntzy is trying to polish a turd.
49  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Wonderful Euroland on: December 03, 2018, 01:49:37 PM
Looks like Spain is also on a far right trajectory.Something isn't quite right in Euro.andis it?

These Eurolovers are in complete denial. They need to listen to themselves the daft buggers.
