Schellenberg is clearly a 'shell' persona set up entirely by Crappio for the 'business' use of augmenting his own useless argument skills to be used when he is losing a debate

It's nothing personal of course - he just has more I.D's on here than his I.Q.

The arrangements allowed jet owners to claim 100% VAT refunds on the grounds that their jets were part of leasing businesses. What the leak of 6.8m files from the archives of Appleby reveal is that these businesses involved millionaires leasing their own aircraft from themselves.

So he did pay VAT and got 100% refund as per the rules. It is okay though Liddle read it in the daily star that he is going to jail.

No, its really simple. He is not entitled 100% rebate.

The VAT was reclaimed on the basis of business use.

The Jet is often private use.

Its not rocket jet science.

It hinges on the definition of ďbusiness useĒ and ďprivate useĒ for Lewis Hamiltonís specific commercial situation

You may think him going to a holiday resort is private but for him their may be some commercial reason being there.

Definitions. They are important
5  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Lewis the Tax Dodger on: November 07, 2017, 11:48:25 AM
The VAT was claimed back on the basis it was a business asset, Hamilton spends a lot of time using it privately.

It was a false claim to make £3m.

Get your arse ready for a bumming Lewis.

I have already explained why that isn't the case. Please try reading.

The BBC link explains why you are talking shite.

Be better.

It really doesnít. It spins a load of propaganda and seeks to convict on a concoction of circumstantial evidence, extended inference and mob rule

I am consistently amazed at the economic ignorance of the left.

If the queen didn't manage her money like this guess what? She would be coming back asking for more from you and me to make up the shortfall of the tax she has paid.

Her avoiding this tax actually saves the UK tax payer money.

Lewis Hamilton is a Swiss resident. He doesn't pay tax in this country.

No. But the ECHR is not European as in EU legislation. Its actually been enshrined and accepted in British law so unless we repeal it then it will still apply. I cant imagine we will ever repeal its a really basic stuff for civilissd countrys.

Cool bananas .... so if itís not going to be repealed how is Jeremy Corbyn going to nationalise anything?

Nationalisation would be a Fundamental  breach of the human right to private property.

what about the EUROPEAN convention on human rights? You know the one which allows Europeans to decide what the British government can do in Britain. The same one they are insisting on keeping in Britain when we leave the EU.

Unbelievable  but somethins said a lot. The european convention of human rights is nothing to do with eu. It was ratified in 1950. Winston  Churchill was passionate for the need for one after WW2 and was  the driving forces behind tbe covention.

There are barely any crazy EU regulations, they are nearly are all trade related to ensure fairness and minimum sta xards. No - there is the no deal option just like the majority of states that deal with the EU. This is the option most likely while the EU maintain their stance. That stance is cracking.

Steel works closed. Government  couldn't help because the European law makers said so.

The EU had a vote to impose tariffs on Chinese steel, our government voted against it.

Also, the Italian government helped their steel industry, as did the French and German governments, our government could have massively helped our industry by reducing electricity costs, which they refused to do, we pay about 40% more for electricity than they do in France, this is obviously linked with the selling off of all our national assets.

I seen something before that said people who complain about our electricity not being nationalised are wrong because it actually is nationalised, just not by our government, it's owned by other countries governments, French, German, Swiss etc, it's just ours that think selling everything off for short term profit is a good idea.

Depressing reading that but hard to argue against any of it..How government after government and that is both parties has allowed us to become slaves of foreign corps is baffling.

Big business runs the world through big money. All of our senior politicians have their nests feathered by the big International Corporations.
The deals are all done in the private clubs in London over a fat Havana and a handshake.
They all look after each other.

Iím not sure how Ed Milibands Green Tax levy was imposed by big business?

It was imposed by the SFLDs you support

Steel works closed. Government  couldn't help because the European law makers said so.

Steel works closed because they were a shit business. And a lack of investment from within and no subsidies from successive Tory governments fucked the steel works up progressively.

German and Italian plants modernised heavily using subsidies and money from their own governments. Fk all to do with EU law.

China flooded the market with cheap steel, made at a loss. These were the factors that finally put the nail in the coffin.

Next.

Lack of investment from any private sector entities you mean? Not the governments job to support a private industry. Both Parties rightly didnít invest in a dead industry.

Germans and Italians routinely breached EU State Aid laws. There are 10 state aid cases going through the ECJ against both on This matter. Another example of the UK playing by the rules while others donít. A further reason to leave.

Their lives are shite from now on even if found not guilty. No idea if they're guilty as charged or whether it's some lass crying the morning after a night of regret. Anonymity or lack of it should apply to both sexes.

http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/news/teesside-news/soldier-another-man-appear-court-13843200

Quite simple. Itís the split between publicly funded and privately funded law. Those practitioners who go into publicly funded law tend to do it ideologically. In the main they are SJWs ( Social Justice Warriors) and left wing.

They naturally rise up the ranks so that their judgements become precedent. Naturally the law takes the interpretation of the applier. The more SJWs the more SJW judgements

You see quite the converse in Commercial and corporate. However, since the left became obsessed with tax we see activist left wingers trying to get in there also. See the collosal nob head Jolyon Maugham QC otherwise known as the biggest cunt at the bar.

The subject matter is a hot topic at this time and the cause of some division, not just among Middlesbrough fans but nationally and represents the hypocrisy infesting our left of centre politics. The fact that this prime example of this division is worth highlighting over the road is completely irrelevant.

Middlesbrough central as a town centre is completely fucked due to excessive out of control immigration policies and utter neglect by our labour run council. The fact that Nob Tickles is showing some balls adds a touch of entertainment.

"Left of Centre" ????

There is absolutely nothing left of centre about Jeremy Corbyn and the current iteration of the Labour Party.

Raging anti Semitism
Happy to breach human rights
Advocating Theft of private property
Talking of killing rich people
Marxism
Happy to hang about with islamists and terrorists
Hatred of Britain

Isn't it time we call these cunts exactly what theyare? Communist scum..Hard left extremist shit?

I'm intrigued at how those on the left try to equate "transgender" with homosexuality. The two don't equate

Transgender is defined as body dysmorphia under the psychiatrists well known DSM bible. In the more vernacular it is a mental illness and should be treated as one.

You are trying to legitimise a very serious mental disorder and worse seek to allow them free reign in the school system.

German cars are shit.

Our works fleet of German cars are never out the garage.
Major issues too. One new one recently spent 2 weeks getting a fuel problem sorted.
The place I get my car serviced swears by them.he had a Mercedes in with 400'000 miles on it.hates French cars.

They were,  appears a lot of the parts on them are just bought from eastern Europe factories cheap and are plugged into most makes now. I read recently the factory which makes the Peugeot dash boards in czech republic had a fire hence why the new 3008 has delays and long waiting list. Read they make the parts for loads of makes. I think Audi or vw too. Wouldn't be surprised a Merc shares 30% parts with a Citroen.  I think the early mini and a 3 series BMW had same gearbox as Peugeot in fact they were made by psa who own them.

Same with Land Rover

The v8 Td is a Peugeot built engine and the gearbox with the stick (rather than the dial) is a Cadillac gearbox and has loads of issues

The Range Rover sport has even more issues

Found an open source article

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/brexit-agriculture-deal-uk-eu-donald-trump-us-reject-trade-quotas-plan-theresa-may-a7986221.html

"The objectors said the deal say it will indeed leave them ďworse offĒ as a separate quota for Britain would mean exporters could not compensate for low British demand by selling to another EU country, which they currently can"

So the objection sits with the EU and not the UK by the look of it. Looks like they will need to start talking trade sooner.

WTO arrangements would mean tariffs of 10 to 15 % on EU trade, 40% on agriculture. That would be horrendous given that the bulk of our trade is with the EU.

The EU were always going to make this difficult for us. They have to make us suffer, make sure other countries see it hurts to leave the EU. Even if it hurts them also it's much more important for the bigger picture. They can't allow us a good deal.

There will be a Norway style deal where we will still have to swallow every piece of EU legislation in order to trade but the difference being now we just won't have any influence or say on what those laws are.

We are undoubtedly going to be much poorer and much weaker in the world. But hey, we got our country back and can have bendy cucumbers and we are no longer forced to ask for 568ml of beer when we order a pint like the EU make us do now.

you're talking utter rubbish as laid out here

It's astonishing that people with left wing ideas want to stay in a bullying, finacially aggressive super state that exists to ease the trade of global corporations

simply astonishing hypocrisy for fear of being labelled racist. Benn, Skinner, Corbyn, Mann and many left wing big names have always been EU sceptics because they understand what it really is. Back bench hard right tories are trying to block Brexit. That's all you need to know

That letter was immediately rejected by the USA and has been dismissed as a non starter by the WTO.  You can't get over your lefty paranoia . I support EU membership primarily for business and capitalist reasons, never denied that. If your economy fails then everything falls down

Care to present your evidence where this letter has been "rejected"?

The letter is an advisory letter to the WTO. It makes no requests. So there is nothing to reject.

Britain will follow Switzerland, HK and Singapores model.

Low tax, high income and that is what the left are shitting bricks about.

Sorry that's behind a paywall and I can't see it. Do you have some other source?

Secondly your source is the FT which has been running unashamed pro propaganda for the EU.
