Amazing to see this in former British colonies such as Ghana. People live in shitholes then suddenly on a morning loads emerge from all the ghettos with an immaculately pressed suit for their office job. Same as India but generally people do not wear jackets, just shirt and tie.

Nowt wrong with having standards.

Id rather see that than a load of chavs with their hands inside their grubby trackie bottoms or pyjama clad mothers dropping kids off looking like tramps

A quick Google search shows there is more to this than meets the eye. Sounds like getting out of Teesside has done him good, good luck to the lad.

Mind you Scottish football is absolutely shite like

Yeah get shot of admin  oleary

This is the same shit that is flung at charities... why all these pen pushing accountants, HR directors etc.

Yet people never question capitalist organisations for employing these same people. Why do they employ them? Hint - they make them more profitable

You have nowhere near the level of pointless non-jobs in the private sector
8  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Tories and the national debt on: January 15, 2018, 02:41:26 PM
Yet borrowing is at its lowest since the financial crisis of 2008.
A fact stated by Labour's friends at the Guardian.

https://www.theguardian.com/business/2017/apr/25/uk-government-borrowing-lowest-level-financial-crisis

I can smell shit and it comes from Corbyn and McDonnell. God help us if those fuckwits ever get near Downing Street.

So borrowing is down, the deficit is down but the national debt has more than doubled?

Have the Tories got Abbott moonlighting as their accountant?

Its very simple mate:

Borrowing is down but isn't zero

The deficit is smaller but there is still a deficit

Therefore debt will rise (but at a lower rate)

 :like:

But debt isn't rising at a lower rate is it? it's more than doubled in 8 years.

Its rising at a lower rate than if the Tories hadn't brought borrowing and deficit down

Have you not heard of the sun, it warms your skin, and with that heat it turns your skin brown.

You can get a sun tan in most hot countries, and it's even been known in the UK apparently.

What about mixed-race people? Would they play for they whites in the winter and blacks in the summer?

What are you looking to achieve here BigNasty ?

Sold our RBS shares for £2.1 billion. And also raised £7.1billion
through the ongoing sale of Lloyds banking group.

It can't continue like this.

Erm why is selling Lloyds shares at a profit a bad thing?

Fuck me its like trying to educate chimps on here.
Have a look at how much we spent to prop them up.

The Government made a profit on the bailout of Lloyds Banking Group- that is a fact.

Back to the zoo for you

There's much more to Paris than the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees.

I personally like Montmarte area very much
Latin Quarter is also pretty cool and you can find reasonably priced bars
Musee d'Orsay is great if you into impressionsim, post-impressionism
Go to Saint-Denis if you want fight with refugees (crocket et al)

My favourite City, go there a lot with work and once you know where to go its a different place

I check my phone at home... I check my phone on holiday. Itís just a different country, WiFi still works the same

I go on Facebook, and bbc sport, and do my fantasy football too  :mido:

I donít get this argument that going online = must be having a shit time. Does that mean everyone who posts on here just has a shit life at home  :pd:

I think the implication is that when on holiday, normally one would have more interesting things to do than be on their phone.

Most people who do the things you mentioned, do so when bored (ie at work, on the train, having a poo) - it's not their life

Well it's not as if you will vote labour, whoever the leader is.

I would vote Labour tomorrow if their policies rewarded the British working class.

Appreciate thats a deeper leadership issue but still

I am pretty sure Labours new policies do.

Then you need to have another look

He deserved to be sent off so why would he whine about it?

I realise you are on a rugby vs football wind-up, which I find pretty tedious, but there are loads of examples of rugger buggers misbehaving on and off the pitch. Pretty much every rugby game I've watched you see handbags, punching etc.

Not exactly great behaviour?

I realise thats the lefty way of avoiding the issue at hand, but tgat aside cant you see my point?

They have always had weird leaders though - Neil Kinnock is the oldest I remember, but also Gordon Brown and Milliband - all thoroughly weird and unelectable

Just think ST, if Ed Millipede could eat a bacon sarni properly, there would be no Corbyn and a Labour government.

  Its what matters

What I don't get is why the Labour Party - the party of "the people" - always choose such weirdos as leaders.

Just get a normal, down to earth fella with sensible policies and you'll be laughing  all the way to number 10

What a petulant, childlike idiot. No wonder certain posters on here defend him. Seems to have proper self esteem issues.

Sadly this seems to be the future of politics, certainly in this country. No one gives a shit about diplomacy anymore, and ignore policies, itís all about emotion. Brexit showed that. Both sides arguing without facts, just feelings. Politics for idiots, for people who donít want to think about their decisions.

I don't think its ever been that different.

Does the average voter understand, even at a basic level, the fundamentals of say economic policy?

You only have to look at the "Corbyn factor" and see how popular he is because he sat on the floor in a train or popped into Greggs (#properledge etc) rather than having any coherent, workable policies
