Been to a few point you points. Bishop Auckland, one near bedale (probably skutterskelfe) few in Ireland. Always great fun.

Skutterskelfe is a mile and a half north of Hutton Rudby on the Stokesley road.

The brackets were misleading. I've been to pint to point and one near Hutton rudby, which I guess is skutterskelf

Friday: Car boot sale
Saturday: Car boot sale
Sunday: Visiting the redwoods national park at dawn.  Bit of skiiing in Tahoe on the way back.  Followed by wine tasting tour around Napa and Sonoma valleys.  Then a street fair in San Francisco.  Very nice dinner at a new German-Mexican-Japanese fusion restaurant.  Theater for first showing of "Whoops where has my cock gone".  Few bars.  Night club.  ..... Not really just another Car boot sale.

Few people will have had a heart attack reading this, San Fran and Cocks mentioned in one post.  Dynamite.  charles

You're "standing up" for your family on a message board. It's hardly going to make them sleep safe at night.  charles

There is not really any other conclusion to be drawn here. Like I said; I couldn't care less what you write about me on here. It is irrelevant. I would suggest calling such a tough guy out about his childish behaviour isn't exactly wimpy, by your own apparent rules? You keep getting wound up on here and feeling the need to prove your manliness, with the threats of violence and the revealing of school "stories" about others. It doesn't impress anyone, least of all me. But carry on, seems to bring some meaning to your life

I don't do it to impress anyone, definitely not a weasel like you.

I wonder what group that would put you in? Feel a bit sorry for your family to be honest if that is the type of 'man' you are.

I think that clears that one up.

Bringing other people's families into it for offering an opinion on something?  Yes, would appear I was right.

Luckily it matters not what people say to me on a message board, it is meaningless, and I certainly wouldn't lower myself to threats of violence, or posting threats and other bullshit whilst out with friends drinking.

I would prefer my family aren't embarrassed by my message board activity, and I think that would be the case.  Others definitely cannot say the same. Something to consider for us all, while worrying about aspects of family "honour".

I must concur that posting pictures, and in the same measure, insulting girlfriend/fiancee/wife on here is totally crossing the line. Threatening to do it shows how raging and angry a person has become.

Unfortunately, some posters use this board as a bit of fun whilst others take it far far too serious. I will let people decide who on here falls into which category.

No more pictures Rick? Was looking forward to seeing some more popping up on facebook and on here!

Arlene Foster is an utterly useless and odious clown.  She should have been given her P45 and now she is going to be part of a coalition government.  Both parties have 2 of the most unscrupulous and hopeless leaders one could hope to find.  To think people mock the USA over Trump or Clinton as their only "choice". Hart should be third choice now.

With regard to Pickford he looks good but Danny Murphy made a good comment about him, said he looked good but one season in a struggling team most young keepers look good because they're always in the action

This point has come up a few times.  He could be a Ben Foster type; great when involved but has zero concentration and loses focus when not involved, like Foster between being good out on loan and then looking hopeless at Man Utd.

The best keepers are the ones who can keep their shit together in a game and do what is necessary when called on, especially in international football.  Loads of good shot stoppers out there, who are good under pressure, you need it all to be the best - commanding, communicating, playing etc.

A decent circular walk is from Kildale - you can do a Captain Cook via the woods, Roseberry and then return to the Kildale café for a scone

Kildale café is good for a refreshing alcoholic beverage whilst out mountain biking
33  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Underwhelmed on: June 13, 2017, 10:53:24 AM
Our "English core" is a bit of a mixed bag.  We need a new spine in the time - keeper, centre back, centre mid and forward.  Not bothered about nationality, just quality will do me.  Once that is set we need to address the wide forward, winger and centre forward areas.
34  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: walking up roseberry topping on: June 13, 2017, 10:47:55 AM
What's the easiest route?

Easiest way on the hill itself is more or less as Capio describes, follow the paved path, at the bottom of the hill proper walk around towards Guisborough/Captain Cooks and there are steps at the back, as part of the Cleveland Way.  These are steep but easy enough, few places to rest and then at the top you just pick the easiest line to the trig point.
35  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: walking up roseberry topping on: June 13, 2017, 09:32:03 AM
"HWLFD"   charles

I run up it a lot when training, take the "3 peaks" of Highcliff, Roseberry and Captain Cooks as part of a normal circuit.  Roseberry is ok for all really, there are multiple ways up and down and you see a lot of older walking groups up there.  Just need to take your time and go easy.

One of the worst local sections is on the Cleveland Way around Sandsend, some super steep, slippy steps and seen a load of people fall down them.  Usually when the path is a popular route they sanitise things, they try to keep it relatively "natural" though.

You're bring a fanny, the whole idea of hill walking is to escape from the urban landscape, not to have a tarmac road running up a tiny hill   charles

Profit, power and influence I would imagine.  Probably in that order too.

Looked at this article yesterday strangely enough, after debating the media coverage of Manchester and Kabul after the bombings with a Jamaican colleague.  Amazing how some people view the political leanings of different newspapers, just shows that a lot of people with a vote clearly know zero about politics, which probably should be a concern.   charles

I agree other than the fact I'm sure for the good of the party they could shut her up for 24 hours, then its a side issue.

I'd agree that you would expect that to be the norm, or at least the minimum behavior expected.  Sad thing is a lot of the Labour Party outed themselves as self serving sneaks during the previous Leadership election debacle.  Corbyn probably needs to play it safe.
47  ComeOnBoro.com / ComeOnBoro.com Message Board / Re: Dianne Abbott tin tacked on: June 07, 2017, 12:34:47 PM
Just sidetracking her to avoid any distractions, get rid of her in the future if he gets to announce a cabinet.  Seems sensible to me.  She is an odious, horrible woman.  If he sacked her now she'd be a nightmare for him.  Better to see if he has any chance of getting into Number 10 first.

Why would it be a nightmare? She would have to wind her neck in for 24 hours and he looks like he can dothe right thing.

I would imagine she is the type to get rather butthurt over being sacked, and she is most certainly not the type to go quietly into the night.  I think she would be straight into the media, crying foul.  She may even throw the race card out there.  Potential minefield disposing of her during an election.
